Description

Well, they are.

First off: They'll share anything (no matter how personal) on T.V., even if it will embarass the shit out of their kid(s).

Second off: They name their kids god-awful names. (Moxie Crimefighter, Apple, River, Rainbow Joan, Liberty, the list goes on!) Just read this [link] [link] [link]

I know that there are only two reason I put up, but to name your kid Tu Morrow (tomorrow) is just mean! People and the media freak out over unimportant stuff like abortion, circumcision and spanking and say their all abuse, but aparently, nameing your kid fucking AudioScience or Buddy Bear Maurice Oliver is perfictly nomale.... I'll never understand people (or the media) these days.

Do these people even think about the kid, or are they just trying to get a moments attion by making their child suffer the rest of their lives?!? They think that if they name their kid a dumb enough name, they’ll get bullied in school, and they’d get even more press attention. or maybe they just get a kick out of naming their kids like that so that when they divorce later on, one of them is stuck with a kid with a weird name.

Now, I won't deny, I like attion, but I'm not going to make my kid suffer for a little attion. I don't want my kid(s) to be bullied!

Hear are what some celebrities said:

"You're likely to be the only one in any normal-size group with that name," Mr. Jillette said by e-mail, adding, " 'Moxie' is a name that was created by an American for the first national soft drink and then went on to mean 'chutzpah,' and that's nice. Everyone I know with an unusual name loves it," he wrote. "It's only the losers named Dave that think having an unusual name is bad, and who cares what they think. They're named Dave."

"Apples are so sweet, and they're wholesome, and it's biblical," Ms. Paltrow said in an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2004. "And I just thought it sounded so lovely and clean." ("Moses" meanwhile is a song that Mr. Martin wrote for Ms. Paltrow in 2003.)

"There's a sense of 'I'm special, I'm different, and therefore my child is special and different,' " said Jenn Berman, a clinical psychologist in Beverly Hills, who has worked with actors. "It's unconscious, but they think, 'We're a creative family, you have the potential to be creative, so here, I bestow you with the name 'Joaquin,' " Dr. Berman said.

Celebrities don't know the difference between 'unique' and 'freakishly stupid oviously going to have a horrible time in school' names.
